Ladies and Gentlemen
 
We just got an information from Dr. Zinovy
Malkin, Institute of Applied Astronomy,
St. Petersburg / Russia and from Zelenchukskaya.

In Zelenchukskaya the satellite-terminal of the
Internet provider is damaged and a new equipment
will be put into operation in about one week.

The GPS Permanent Tracking System is operational.
The data will be stored in Zelenchukskaya and
distributed when the Internet-connection to
Zelenchukskaya is available again.
