Subject: Data loss at Singapore (NTUS)

During day 3 and 4 of this year the Singapore (NTUS) station suffered
partial loss of data. It is not excactly clear what caused this, but
it may be that the receiver operation was affected by severe thunderstorms
in the region. As of day 5 things seem te be normal again.
