Subject: Late delivery of MDVO data

Due to an error in one of the "crons" which control the daily download
of the data of the Mendeleevo (MDVO) station, the data delivery for
days 204 - 211 was delayed. The error has been corrected and the
backlog of data submitted to IGS.

I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
