on friday 16th Oct, DOY 289 at 13:00 UTC, EBRE station switched date due to
unknown reason. It was reset to right date on monday 19th at 8:00 UTC. File
for DOY 289 has been submitted containing data only from 00:00 to 13:00 UTC.
Files for DOY 290 and 291won't be available, and file for DOY 292 will be
submitted tomorrow containing data from 8:00 to 24:00 UTC.

I regret the inconvenients caused.
