Subject: CHAT site log update

The CHAT site log has been updated:

(1) to add new information on local site ties, including a tie
    to the new DORIS monument;

(2) to correct a transcription error in the local site tie between 
    CHAT and station 5505;

(3) to modify local contact information.

There have been no changes to the GPS equipment at the site.
