Subject: Power outages at PETP

Dear Colleagues,

Due to electrical power outages in the city of Petropavlovsk (Kamchatka
Peninsula, Russia), there are no data from station PETP in the last week.

Electricity is supplied there for no more than 3 hours a day which is 
not enough to have our backup batteries charged. A diesel and a smart charger 
was shipped to PETP from Moscow.
