Subject: Antenna Height Change for WUHN Antenna

Please note that the antenna height for the SUTH GPS antenna (s/n 255 AOAD/M_T)
has changed from 2.3550 to 2.3200.  This height is now referred to the
"ARP" not the "BCR" in accordance with the RINEX files.
