Due to the failure in a communication line the following data has been
resubmitted:

                FLIN D098, D100
                NANO D100
                UCLU D100
                WILL D100
                WHIT D100
                WSLR D100

In IGSMAIL 2789 I had indicated that the data problem lay in a missing data
field (P1) from BM receiver offloads. The problem did not lie at the receiver
but instead with the failure of a communication line to drop at the termination
of data offloads; as a result incorrect data was inadvertently placed in the
originally submitted data files;
