To all RINEX data users,

Please be advised that due to bad communications with our remote receivers we
have submitted incomplete RINEX files for the last few days.  The files have now
been fixed and resubmitted.  The affected station files are as follows:

days 161, 162, 164:  KOUR, KIRU, PERT, VILL
days 163, 166: KIRU, PERT, VILL
day 165: VILL
