Subject: Problems with GUAT data

Since 2000/09/08 05:00:00 UTC the C1, P2 measurements 
collected by the Trimble SSi receiver at the station
were unusable. After a cold reboot of the receiver around
2000/09/11 18:00:00 the problem went away.
