 Please be informed that we have switched the IGS station HARB to 
 internal frequency standard on day 197, 07:36 TU while we investigate
 problems with the station' freq.standard.The problem has started on 
 day 193 at ~20:00 TU.The datas files for day 194,195 and 196 (sent 
 to IGS by error) are bad quality.
 A new IGSMail will be sent when the external freq.standard is reconnected.
