Dear colleagues,

updated side logs of SCUB, UNSA and RIOG have been sent to IGS.

I am sorry to inform you that due to a computer crash the data link to
the station ULAB is broken since DOY 170.
We are working on a replacement but it is uncertain when this problem is
solved.
