Dear Colleagues,

As requested by the IGS CB, the smoothing option in the raw data -> RINEX 
converter from Ashtech (XYZAshRx program) has been deactivated in BRUS.
This has taken effect from 2003-03-18, 8:10 UTC.
An updated site log will be submitted to the EPN CB.
