Dear Colleagues,

After many difficulties, the operation of the sites MADR and MAD2, which
utilize the same monument and antenna, have been returned to service.
Production and publishing of data should commence shortly.

Updated site logs have been submitted to the IGSCB.

Apologies for the extended period required to rectify multiple problems
with the equipment.
