ADVISORY:

The site experienced problems with the MASER clock beginning on
Day 205 (Jul. 23). The AOA receiver was taken off the MASER clock
on Day 209 (Jul. 27) at 17:52UT and switched to "clock steering".

We expect to run in this mode until sometime next week when we
will attempt to  re-instate the MASER clock.
