By unknown causes, the TurboRogue at TSKB site suddenly stopped the 
tracking from 1:26 UT on the day 303. The receiver function seems to 
recover automatically from the begining of the day 304. 
The following data is lost.

     Site       : TSKB
     Lost data  : DOY 303 1:26-23:59
