Dear colleagues,
in Como (Italy) a PS has been active from 2002: the 4 char name is COMO, 
the dome number is 12761M001.
COMO is operated by Polytechnic of Milano (F. Sansò research group) and 
it has been included in EPN from the beginning of 2004.
Up to now, I never proposed to include the PS in IGS because it is 
monumented on a buiding and I supposed that in Europe
only geodynamic PS should be added to densify the IGS network.
However, during the last week we have replaced the old hardware; the new 
antenna/receiver pair is TPSCR3_GGD/TPS E_GGD, GPS+GLONASS:
may be that, in the framework of IGS researches on the integration of 
GPS and GLONASS, the new PS can be usefully included in the IGS network;
please, let me know if you agree.
