Subject: TSKA in trouble 

Dear Colleagues

TSKA (Tsukuba) station suffers Y2K problem for data archiving.
Now we are providing a higher version software to solve this problem.

We will re-start data upload to IGEX data center as soon as we finish
the maintainance of our system.
