Subject: End of observations 

   The operation with GPS/GLONASS receivers Z18 at Mendeleevo (MDVZ),
Irkutsk (IRKZ) and Khabarovsk (KHAB) has been closed down since due 
to the end of their leans. The last days of observations are:
   MDVZ - 1999, Dec. 10  (DOY = 344),
   IRKZ - 2000, Jan. 16  (DOY = 016),
   KHAB - 2000, Jan. 20  (DOY = 020).
