3. REMARKS:
The new satellite in slot 17 (Freq. chan. 5) has now been successfully
included in our processing.
The new satellite in slot 24 (Freq. chan. 3) is not yet included
in our processing due to the fact that it was declared 'unusable' soon
after it was declared operational. We hope to start processing it soon.
