In the Notice Advisory to GLONASS Users (NAGU) 069-011120, Russia has
announced a planned launch of 3 new GLONASS satellites on December 1, 2001.
These will be placed in slots 3, 5 and 6 of orbit plane 2. It usually takes
a number of weeks after the launch for the satellites to be checked out,
positioned in orbit and stabilized before they are declared operational.
NAGUs may be found at http://www.rssi.ru/SFCSIC/nagu.txt.
