Due to defect in on-site PC operation system the data from the GOPE
station are uncomplete.
2002: DOY 011 and 012 uncomplete
The 1s15m data files for IGS LEO Pilot Project from DOY 012 contain bad
epochs of observations - please, don't use this data files.
I am sorry about inconveniences this may cause.
