[IGLOSMAIL-577] Move of CDDIS computer equipment

I have just been informed that the move of the CDDIS computer equipment 
is scheduled for Tuesday, April 2.  The computers will be moved only a
short distance (across the hall from our current location) so downtime
SHOULD be minimized (I won't even mention what happened the last time we
were supposed to be down for two hours).  As of now, I do not know what
time of day the computers will be moved but will send out a follow-up
message once this has been determined.  Let's all keep our fingers crossed
for a smooth transition!
