Perth GPS antenna was removed on 20/09/93 in order to survey
the monument to lock it into existing site reference coordinates.
Additionally the earthing was improved.

The receiver was down from 00:28:30 until 07:13:00 UTC.

The new value of the antenna height is 59.5 mm (See IGSMAIL 269).
