Subject: TSKB data re-submission

TSKB data for DOY 245 and 246 were errorneously submitted
to CDDIS in ASCII mode.
Today we re-submitted these data by FTP in Binary mode.

Remarks: Several parts in tskb2450.94o are missing due to 
         unstable function of the receiver after a lightning.
