Subject: YELL STJO Data Difficulties

YELL data for DOY342 was erroneously resubmitted with the DOY343 automated
     transfer.

YELL data for DOY342 was late due to communications difficulties, which have 
     been "worked around".  

STJO data for DOY343 will be forwarded as soon as we can recover the 
     20:00-24:00 UT block of data.  Electrical power has been intermittent 
     in the St. John's, Newfoundland community due to a large snow fall which 
     has downed power lines, etc.  Due to the intermittent power please expect 
     intermittent data for DOY343 and DOY344.
