Subject: MAS1 data lost
Due to unknown reasons the TurboRogue receiver located
at Maspalomas stopped tracking on 13/02/95 at 1500 UTC.
The receiver was completely down (the comm ports did
not respond at all) until it was reset on 14/02/95 at 0900.
