Subject: TSKB data re-submission

The Internet connectivity of GSI from 22th to 29th March was in bad 
condition after some change in internet configuration in Japan. The 
transfer of the TSKB data delayed in these a few days, and the last 
part of the following data was trancated during the data transfer.

  Site : TSKB
  DOY  : 080, 085 

The files were re-submitted to CDDIS. 
The condition of internet conectivity was recovered on 29th March.
