The IGS Central Bureau Information System maintains now an compilation of
the "Notice Advisories of Glonass Users" (NAGUs) and a Glonass constellation
status file, similar to the compiled NANU files for GPS:

   Internet:   igscb.jpl.nasa.gov
   User:       anonymous
   Directory:  igscb/general/glonass
   Files:      nagu'yyyy'.sub          (subject lines) 
               nagu'yyyy'.mes          (messages)
               constell.glo            (constellation status)
