Subject: ALGO Hydrogen Maser Clock Offline

Please be advised the hydrogen maser clock at ALGOnquin Radio Observarory 
has been taken offline as of 00:00 hrs UT on Sep 18, 1995 (DOY 291).  
A rubidium clock is being used as a temporary replacement.  

Operations are expected to return to normal within the next couple of days.
IGSMAIL will be advised as soon as the hydrogen maser is once again 
on-line. 

We regret the inconvenience this will cause.  Thank-you.
