Subject: Goldstone antenna change.

In order to support the future installation of a TurboRogue receiver at
Goldstone, the Rogue antenna currently installed at Goldstone is scheduled
to be replaced with a TurboRogue antenna today (Oct 31, 1995). After the
replacement is confirmed, we will send out a message detailing the change.
