Subject: Receiver Change at IISC

  The Trimble receiver that was at Bangalore, India (IISC) was replaced
with a TurboRogue receiver on 01-Oct-1995. We apologize for the late
announcement of the change. We have been working on finalizing the data
path for the site. The data is now being offloaded in India and transferred
by Internet to JPL. The receiver is currently tracking at a 15 second
sample rate to support a campaign in that region. A sitelog is being
prepared and will be sent in to the IGS Central Bureau as soon as possible.
