Subject: Kokee update

After years of dedicated service, the Rogue SNR-8 at Kokee seems to have
failed for the last time. A TurboRogue receiver running at a secondary mark
at Kokee will be moved to the current mark as soon as possible. The swap is
planned for next Wednesday, Dec 27.
