Subject: CACS Site at ALGO

Please be advised that tracking capability at ALGO was erratic throughout the
day on 96jun12 (JDAY 164). Data was not available from 00:00h UT until 08:00h
UT. As noted, tracking was erratic for the remainder of the day - from 08:00h
until 24:00h UT inclusive.

We suspect severe weather conditions in the vicinity may be causing these
problems and we apologize for any inconvenience.
