Subject: Macquarie Island outage

The Macquarie Island (mac1) gps receiver will be shutdown
for essential maintenance & upgrades commencing at 2200
UTC Wednesday 19th November 1997 (97/323). The system is 
expected to be operational by  0000 UTC Thursday 20th
 November 1997.

I apologize for  any inconvenience caused and will keep 
the outage to a minimum.
