La Plata, December 5th,1997

Dear friends,

This is a very short message to let you know that we had
a big storm and a long cut in power supply during last
week-end. Unfortunately, I was out, working in the field
and the people in charge of the operation here, could not
put the GPS and PRARE into normal operation again.

Today I left everything working normally again. Let us see
what happens tomorrow...
