ADVISORY:

The Hobart (HOB2) GPS receiver has been replaced due to tracking problems.
The system was restored to service on 98/10/27 at 06:30 UTC and is now
operational.
A new Log Sheet has been submitted to IGS on the 98/10/30.

Our apologies for the disruption in service.
