Dear Colleagues,

The MKEA receiver will be used for testing purposes for the
next several hours (currently 21:15 UTC, d323).

30s sample rate data is likely to be unavailable for that 
time period.

The receiver is expected to be returned to normal operation 
after the test data is collected.

We apologize for the short notice and any inconvenience.
