Subject: CDDIS -- power problems at GSFC

Apparently there has been a serious power failure affecting the
building at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center where the CDDIS is
located.  I do not have any information about when this occurred
or how long it may take until repairs are completed, but the
staff has been advised to return home today.
