Subject: USNO data outage

Data from the USNO receiver stopped being recorded on the flashcard
memory at 23:52 UTC on 01 March 1999.  Unfortunately, this means that
no data can be downloaded after that time.  Efforts are under way to 
implement a repair or work-around as soon as possible.

I would like to thank Miranda Chin (NOAA) for promptly noticing the
problem and Paul Wheeler (USNO/TS) for his efforts to fix it.

We apologize for this interruption in service.
