Subject: DARW, COCO, DAV1, MAW1 doy 306 resubmission

Replacement Hatanaka compressed files for doy 306 have been placed back onto
AUSLIG's anonymous ftp site for the above sites, due to problems associated
with multiple occurrences of Satellites within an epoch.

This problem has now been fixed by upgrading to the latest RGRINEXO
translator which now removes multiple PRN records.
