Subject: Bad data at GPS Matera

Starting from 16-Dec-1999 (doy 350) we have had bad data on GPS Matera.
All data have been collected 6 seconds behind the UTC time.
The problem has been solved on 04-Jan-2000 10:00 UTC.
We are very sorry for the inconvenient.
