Dear colleagues,

We have received a very good response to the IGS Call for 
Participation in support of low Earth orbiting missions. While the 
letters of intent were requested to be due by February 11, There was 
some concern that late letters of intent would not be considered, 
this is not true. Participation is open and the proposals are due 
April 3. You may read the call at the IGS website:
