Subject: IRKT H-maser problem

Dear IGS Colleagues:

Please be informed that after detection of the main H -maser malfunction
happened near 23:40 UTC of 4th December, starting from 2:45UTC of 5th
December we are applying reference frequency from another H-maser. After
main maser repair it will be connected to our GPS receiver again with my
notice to IGS community.
