Dear IGS Colleagues,

A replacement d352 obs file for the site SELE has been forwarded to CDDIS.
The obs file previously available at CDDIS had been truncated due to 
a corrupted section within the file after 22:10:30. The offending section 
has been removed in the replacement file.
