Dear Colleagues,

A new list "IGSLEO" has been started to cover discussions specific
to the IGS LEO Working Group and Project.  We have subscribed the 
points of contact for all LEO proposals, as well as attendees of 
last week's LEO meeting in Potsdam.  If we have missed anyone who
is interested in following these discussions, please see the
