please note that, due to a change in the ASI network access policy, starting
from doy 219 GeoDAF data service is not able to receive data files from
BZRG, UPAD, UNPG and TORI and therefore to send them to EUREF/IGS.
We hope to fix this problem and recover missing data today (doy 222).
