Due to anomalous tracking behavior a new GPS receiver was installed at the
Bahrain (BAHR) GPS tracking station on 11 September 2001 at approximately
0545 GMT.  Another Ashtech Z-XII3 was installed as the new receiver.  An
updated site log has been submitted to the IGS Central Bureau.
