Dear Colleagues,

The TurboRogue receiver at Tidbinbilla(TID2) is having an undetermined 
problem for past two days. We are working with people at the DSN site 
to fix the problem as soon as possible. Data from the ASHTECH Z-XII3 
receiver on the same antenna is available to the community.
