Dear Colleagues,

Local phone problems in Arequipa has forced the data collection computer
off-line, and we are unable to retrieve the AREQ data at the moment. We are
hopeful that the connection will be re-established later this week and
missing data will be made available at that time. Our apologies for the
inconvenience.
